IRON GLASS ZENITAR 16mm - FULL FRAME

Iron Glass are known globally for rehousing and modernisation of Soviet era lenses.

The Zenitar 16mm is the widest lens in the Soviet lens range that has been rehoused by Iron Glass.

The Zenitar 16mm has an impressive 180 degrees of view on the Full Frame sensor and has been fully rehoused in the MkII Iron Glass housing with 0.8 gearing on both the focus and iris.

Unlike most fisheye lenses, this diagonal fisheye fills the entire frame without any black edges, making it highly practical for video use.

With characteristic distortion it creates dynamic, eye-catching perspectives that add a unique flair to your visuals.

With a fast T2.9 aperture, the Zenitar performs well in low-light conditions, offering additional flexibility for filmmakers. Featuring a close focusing distance of 8″ allows for dramatic, immersive wide-angle shots while keeping subjects sharp.

The Zenitar 16mm is perfect for capturing creative shots where a fisheye effect enhances the storytelling.
