The RED GEMINI 5K builds on the RED DSMC2 platform and adds in REDs new dual sensitivity CMOS sensor, GEMINI is RED’s highest sensitivity sensor to date and offers significantly increased performance in low-light settings and improved performance in shadow. It features a sensor that is 30.72 mm x 18 mm (Diagonal: 35.61 mm) and can record up to 75fps at 5K FF. At 5K WS it can shoot 96fps. Offering countless options for reframing, VFX, motion stabilisation, super sampling of footage and more.
The RED GEMINI uses only MINI-MAG media and is compatible with existing power options.
The RED GEMINI 5K is Netflix compliant.
