The RED V-Raptor (X) 8K VV (Vista Vision) is RED’s new flag ship camera that combines the frame rates, lowlight performance, and resolution of the original V-RAPTOR line with the global shutter advancements of the RED KOMODO.
The 8K Vista Vision Global Shutter sensor measures 21.60mm x 40.96mm (Diagonal: 46.31mm) and can record up 120fps in 8K in addition to achieving higher frame rates at different resolution settings (8K – 120fps | 7K – 140fps | 6K – 160fps | 5K – 192fps | 4K – 240fps | 3K – 320fps | 2K – 480fps) allowing the RED V-Raptor (X) to be a very flexible platform to shoot on.
Available in PL or LPL fitting (please request at time of booking) the RED V-Raptor (X) 8K VV is the first large-format global shutter camera and the first to offer RED’s Global Vision with a suite of tools that provide unprecedented flexibility and dynamic range.
The RED V-Raptor (X) 8K is Netflix complaint.
